Is booking necessary? |
|
For Day Stay Package, booking is accepted
but you can also walk in and pay for the service on-site.
Space is usually available under normal circumstances.
Payment can be made by cash, EPS, VISA card, Master card,
Diners card and American Express card.
However, for other Overnight or Whole-Day Package, due to
limited nap space, advance booking is highly recommended.

What is the entry fee for a child? |

Special
price for child aged 4-11.
For child aged 3 and below, free
of charge.
One adult can only bring in one
child aged 3 and below free of charge.

Upon admission to the lounge, can
I go out and come back again? |
|
Yes. Please approach our reception counter
for sticker for easy identification. |
Plaza Shower & Relaxation
Lounge

What will be provided for a shower? |
|
Towel, bath gel, hair dryer and hair-styling
gel will be provided. In our Shower Lounge, there are two
areas (one for ladies and one for men) for drying hairs and
make-up.

How much does it cost for a shower? |
|
Only USD16 / HK$120.
|
3. |
Are shower rooms for ladies separated
from those for men? |
|
Each shower room comes with a changing area
which means you are able to change your clothes in an enclosed
area before leaving the shower room.

The petite nap station is a semi-private area
with a single bed, pillow, blanket, a reading lamp and a small
cabinet.

How to get to the lounges? |
|
Our lounges are located at the restricted area
of Departures Level, which is one level above the Arrivals /
Transfer Level.
By presenting your boarding pass, you are able to reach Departures
Level by an escalator after a security checkpoint.

Can I go to your lounge without
a boarding pass? |
|
No, you will not be able to go to Departures Level
(restricted area) without a boarding pass.
When you arrive Hong Kong, you will be arriving the Arrivals
/ Transfer Level and can get your boarding pass at your
airline counter. However, most airlines can only issue
same-day boarding pass. If your flight is on the next
day and you would like to use our service, please check
with your airline before leaving your country for your
ongoing boarding pass. |

Can I use your facility if I am
an arriving passenger instead of transit? |

No. Boarding pass is needed for you to reach
Departures Level from Arrivals / Transfer Level.

Can I just walk in and use the services? |
|
For Day Stay Package, booking is accepted but you

Can your staff go and pick up my child / elderly
from the gate and take them to the lounge? |

Our Meet & Greet Service is what you need. You
can book the service on-line and our staff will go to the
gate with a paging board and take the guest to our lounge.

Is there any place to store luggage? |
|
We have a luggage area in our lounge right next to
the reception counter. When your luggage is put on our
luggage rack, we will attach a luggage tag to it and
the stub of the luggage tag will be given to you. By
presenting the stub, you are able to collect your luggage
afterwards.

Lounge does not hold any responsibility of the safety
your luggage.

Is there any locker facility? |
|
We do not provide locker facility. However, Hong Kong International
Airport provides locker facility in Arrivals Hall.

Bookings

How to book service? And how can
I know whether my booking is successful? |
|
We have an on-line booking form that you can fill
in and submit to us and we will debit your credit card for pre-payment.
A confirmation will be emailed to you if the booking is accepted.
If you do not prefer to submit your information via internet,
you can download the Booking Form and fax to us. Also,
a confirmation will be emailed to you if the booking is
accepted. |

If I do not have time to check
whether I have received the confirmation for my booking,
what can I do? |
|
If we have all the information we need to process
your booking and payment (name, credit card no. and expiry date),
the booking should be accepted under normal circumstances.
However, if we do not receive enough information for your
booking and payment, or if our lounge is full and we are
not able to contact you via email, your booking will not
be processed. You will be considered as a “walk-in”
passenger that all services requested are subject to availability.

Is there any refund if I cancel
the booking? |
