Plaza has "Bounce Bounce Bounced!" at this year’s HKIA Customer Service Excellence Awards

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), having again been recognized as SkyTrax’s 2011 Airport of the Year, has returned the appreciation and awarded members of its airport community, whose efforts to provide excellent customer service has paved way for its achievements. Plaza Premium Lounge Management Ltd. is one of those companies who have ceaselessly contributed to the success of HKIA since it opened its doors to all travelers at HKIA in 1998.
This year, that contribution has been recognized at the annual HKIA Customer Service Excellence Programme Award Presentation. Plaza received, alongside esteemed companies Cathay Pacific and HSBC, what can be considered as the most prestigious award – The Corporate Award. The award was given to Plaza for its achievements in more than a decade of service, from its establishment of the world’s first pay-in lounge at HKIA in 1998 to presently operating VIP airport lounges in over 60 locations worldwide.
On April 19, 2011, Founder and CEO, Song Hoi See, personally received the award and humbly shared the appreciation to all his staff, who he sees as the people who deserve the recognition as much as him. In a brief but eloquent speech to some of his staff present at the award ceremony, he commended everyone’s perseverance in delivering excellent customer service over the years. Mr. Song Hoi See and his staff were chanting “Bounce Bounce Bounce!” Making it known to everyone that Plaza, as a team, will continue to serve from their hearts, lift everyone’s spirits and bounce its way into constantly achieving its vision of being a world-class service provider.
