Plaza Premium Lounge

1.
Do I need to make a booking, or can I just show up at lounge?

You can just show up at the lounge without a booking, but it is recommended to make one, just in case the lounge is exceptionally busy on that day. Payment can be made upon arrival, either by cash, or credit card.

Are children allowed in the lounge?

Yes, children are allowed in the lounge. The charges for children between 6 to 12 years old are RM35.00 (US$9.00) each, and children below 5 years old are admitted free of charge.

If I am connecting to a domestic flight (in Malaysia), can I still use the lounge?

Yes, as long as you are arriving from an international flight. Our lounge is located at the Satellite Building (international arrivals and departures), and only passengers with international boarding passes are able to access it.

However, please take note that if you are connecting from an international flight to a domestic flight on Air Asia, you will not be able to use our lounge, as Air Asia requires its' passengers to check in again at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Where is the lounge located?

We are located at the Satellite Building, which is meant for international arrivals and departures. Go towards Gates C11-C17. Take "Bubble Lift 2" one floor up, turn right, and you will see us. Please refer to our location map.

What are the lounge's hours?

Our lounge is open 24 hours daily.

Can I prepay for my client?

If you choose to prepay for your client, you can do so either by telegraphic transfer, or by American Express credit card. Please contact us for more details.

What kind of facilities is there in the lounge?

The facilities included are freshly prepared hot food, coffee, tea, cappuccino and juices, free flow of beer, shower facilities with amenities, high-speed Internet access, computers and workstations, movies / TV, massage chair, golf putting area, and free local calls.

We also provide a service called the "Meet and Greet service" whereby we meet your guests at the arrival gate, and escort them pass Immigration, baggage claim, Customs, and then to the arrival hall, to meet the receiving party. Please contact us for the charges for this service.

Are towels provided for the shower facilities?

Yes.

Are there any locker facilities?

No, we do not have any locker facilities. We do however have luggage racks for passengers.

Can I walk in and out of the lounge, after I have paid the entry fee to use the lounge?

Yes, you are able to walk in and out of the lounge, as long as you obtain an easy identification sticker from any of our Customer Service Officers.
