Will I be able to use the lounge if I am flying to somewhere in the USA?
Vancouver International Airport has 3 terminals, International Terminal, Domestic Terminal and US Trans-boarder Terminal. Plaza Premium operates two Lounges, one at the International Terminal, one at the Domestic Terminal both located Pass Security and None available at the US Trans-border Terminal.

Will I be able to use the discount coupon on the YVR website for internet booking?
All the discount coupons and promotion with the Airport are for walk in customers only. Online booking customer will not be able to enjoy the promotional offer. However, you might be risking of not able to use the lounge when it is full. Therefore, advance booking is recommended.
